Discover our charming personalised print, a unique watercolour bouquet where each flower represents a family member's birth month. Customised with your family surname and individual names, it is the perfect bespoke keepsake.

Payment

Payment can be made securely using all major credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Please be assured that I do not store any card details.

Order Processing and Dispatch

All my items are custom made and handcrafted in my Scottish studio.

  • Processing Time: I aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. However, please note that during busy periods, order processing may take up to 4 working days. I dispatch orders Monday to Friday only; any orders placed over the weekend will be processed from the following Monday.

  • Need it Fast? If you have an urgent deadline, please contact me before ordering via the chat button or contact form, and I will do my absolute best to help you.

Please note: For remote UK locations and certain postcodes (including the Highlands and Islands), I may need to contact you to confirm if any additional delivery charges apply.

UK Delivery Options

I offer the following delivery options for all UK orders. All parcels are fully tracked, and delivery times are after your order has been dispatched.

Standard Delivery (Free)

  • This service is complimentary on all orders and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri.

  • Delivery is typically within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery (£4.95)

  • This is an expedited upgrade, using the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

  • Delivery is typically within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Returns Policy

I want you to be absolutely delighted with your unique keepsake.

  • Non-Personalised Items: I am happy to refund your purchase if the item is returned within 30 days of being received, provided the product is in 'as new' condition with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Personalised Items: Due to the custom nature of these products, personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or an error has been made on my part (e.g., a spelling mistake that differs from the order details).

How to Return an Item

If you need to return a non-personalised item, or if you have received an incorrect or faulty personalised item, please contact me immediately via the contact form.

Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note: I am not liable for the cost of postage incurred for returning unwanted items. However, in the event of an incorrect or faulty item being delivered, I will reimburse any return postage charges upon receipt of the goods.
