What is the return policy?

We will happily refund your purchase in several circumstances, subject to the item being returned within 30 days of the item being received by you. Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty.
When will I get my order?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, between Monday-Friday. Standard delivery takes 2-5 working days to arrive, express delivery 1-2 days.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much is the shipping?

We offer free standard delivery on all orders. Express delivery is always available and can be added at the checkout for £4.95.
