Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We do not store card details

DELIVERY

Christmas delivery time – Last date for Christmas delivery UK mainland – 15th of December standard delivery, 20th of December with next day delivery.

We are offering free delivery throughout the UK! If you do live in a region of the UK that is difficult to get to, I will contact you to confirm if there will be an additional charge for delivery.

Delivery charges for the customers from outside of the UK will be different depending on the location.

ORDER DISPATCH

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. All my items are custom made so please allow up to 7 working days from the date you place your order for delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY AVAILABLE

If you like to have your order to be delivered to you within one working day (Monday-Friday) please choose next day guaranteed delivery on checkout. The order has to be placed before 11 am (Monday – Friday) to be dispatched on the same day. Express delivery service costs £7. Please note, this is not Saturday delivery and all orders placed on Thursday after 11 am will be delivered on Monday before 1 pm.

COLOURS

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

PLEASE NOTE

We do not ship feather inserts outside the UK! If you require cushion with a pad we offer polyester pads instead which can be chosen from the drop down boxes on each item page.

RETURNS POLICY

There are several circumstances in which we will happily refund your purchase, subject to the item being returned within 14 days of the item being received by you:

RETURNS

The unwanted product must be returned in an ‘as new’ condition with all packaging and accessories, within 14 days of the item being received by you. Personalised items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Vintage Designs Reborn are not liable for the cost of postage incurred for returning items which were ordered. In the event of an incorrect item being delivered Vintage Designs Reborn will reimburse any charges upon receipt of the returned goods. FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

If the product is faulty or is damaged in transit we will refund you the difference, based on the procedure above. We will also refund the postage costs.
